Dr. Chandramani Singh is a noted scholar of art history, sculpture, and museology. She currently serves as Director (Documentation) at Jawahar Kala Kendra.
Jawahar Kala Kendra, based in Jaipur, was established by the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Rajasthan. Modelled on the Vedic Navagraha Mandala (nine planets) concept, this unique cultural centre focuses on preserving traditional art forms, sustaining handicrafts, and keeping folk art alive.
